ออสเตรเลียปรับข้อกำหนดการแสดงข้อมูลสารก่อภูมิแพ้บนฉลากอาหาร

ตั้งแต่วันที่ 25 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ.2567 เป็นต้นไป ผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารที่จำหน่ายทั้งในออสเตรเลียและนิวซีแลนด์จะต้องสอดคล้องตามข้อกำหนดการแสดงข้อมูลสารก่อภูมิแพ้ฉบับใหม่
ซึ่งอาหารที่ผลิตและจำหน่ายระหว่างช่วงเวลาปรับเปลี่ยน (transition period) ก่อนที่จะบังคับใช้ สามารถจัดจำหน่ายได้อีก 2 ปีหรือวันที่สินค้าหมดอายุ หลังจากนั้น หากไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดใหม่ถือว่าฝ่าฝืนกฎหมายและเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้นำเข้าในการ
- ปรับเปลี่ยนฉลากอาหารให้สอดคล้องตามข้อกำหนดใหม่ และรับการตรวจสอบจากกระทรวงเกษตร ประมง และป่าไม้ (Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry – DAFF) เครือรัฐออสเตรเลียหรือกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมพื้นฐานนิวซีแลนด์ (Ministry for Primary Industries – MPI)
- ดำเนินการนำออกจากออสเตรเลียหรือนิวซีแลนด์ (re-export) หรือทำลายอาหารภายใต้การดูแลจาก DAFF หรือ MPI
