เมื่อวันที่ 3 ตุลาคม 2561 คณะกรรมาธิการยุโรปได้ออกประกาศแก้ไขกฎระเบียบ Corrigendum to Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/832 of 5 June 2018 amending Annexes II, III, and V to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for cyantraniliprole, cymoxanil, deltamethrin, difenoconazole, fenamidone, flubendiamide, fluopicolide, folpet, fosetyl, mandestropin, mepiquat, metazachlor, propamocarb, propargite, pyrimethanil, sulfoxaflor and trifloxystrobin in or on certain products ใน EU Official Journal L 247/9 โดยได้มีการแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดในหน้าที่ 76 Part A Annex III ของ Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 (2) ของสาร flubendiamide โดยกำหนดปริมาณสารตกค้างสูงสุด (MRLs) ดังนี้

 

1. เชอร์รีหวาน ที่ระดับ 2 มิลลิกรัม/กิโลกรัม
2. พีช ที่ระดับ 1.5 มิลลิกรัม/กิโลกรัม

 

          โดยการประกาศดังกล่าวจะมีผลทันทีนับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้ลงประกาศ
