สิงคโปร์ประกาศแก้ไขมาตรฐานวัตถุเจือปนอาหาร และสารเคมีตกค้าง (MRLs)

เมื่อวันที่ 4 มกราคม 2561 หน่วยงานอาหาร-เกษตรและสัตวแพทย์สิงคโปร์ (Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore : AVA) ประกาศแก้ไขมาตรฐานวัตถุเจือปนอาหารและสารเคมีตกค้าง (Maximum residue limits : MRLs) ซึ่งมีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 5 มีนาคม 2561 เป็นต้นไป โดยมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้
- อนุญาตให้ใช้วัตถุเจือปนอาหารและส่วนผสมใหม่ 7 ชนิด

| 6 | 2'-fucosyllactose (2'-FL) | Infant formula at levels up to 120 mg/100 ml |
| 7 | lacto-N-neotetraose (LNnT) | Infant formula at levels up to 60 mg/100 ml

2. ขยายขอบเขตการใช้งานวัตถุเจือปนอาหาร

| 4 | Sucralose (INS 955) | Cheese-based preparations at levels up to 500 ppm |
3. ห้ามใช้วัตถุเจือปนอาหาร 2 ชนิด

กรณีที่ผู้ผลิตมีการใช้วัตถุเจือปนอาหารดังกล่าวในอาหารสามารถผ่อนผันเวลาใช้ได้อีก 12 เดือน นับจากวันที่ประกาศห้ามใช้
4. ห้ามใช้สารเคมีทางการเกษตร 6 ชนิด จะใช้ EMRLs ที่คณะกรรมการ Codex Alimentarius กำหนดไว้
