เมื่อวันที่ 16 พฤษภาคม 2561 คณะกรรมการสหภาพยุโรปได้ออกประกาศ COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2018/685 of 3 May 2018 amending Annexes II, III and IV to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for abamectin, beer, fluopyram, fluxapyroxad, maleic hydrazide, mustard seeds powder and tefluthrin in or on certain products ว่าด้วยเรื่องการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมในภาคผนวก II , III และ IV ของ Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 เพื่อกำหนดค่าปริมาณสารพิษตกค้างสูงสุด (MRLs) ของ abamectin, beer, fluopyram, fluxapyroxad, maleic hydrazide, mustard seeds powder และ tefluthrin ในผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารบางชนิด ซึ่งมีผลบังคับใช้ 20 วันหลังจากการประกาศใน EU Official Journal (ประกาศ ณ วันที่ 16 พฤษภาคม 2561) โดยมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้
